Meet the Founder
Casey Hunt was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California. Living in the Wine Country, life centered around good food, great wine, and entertaining. While pursuing an education in Music Performance at Boston University and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Casey began working in restaurants and found a passion for the hospitality industry.
Casey moved to San Francisco and found opportunities at renowned establishments including Masa’s and Rubicon. During this time, event management peaked her interest and she began coordinating events for personal clients and large corporations. In 2008, Casey took a position at the newly-opened Waterbar in San Francisco. She became the Office Manager and soon took over as Director of Events. Already a highly successful department, Casey grew the business year over year to become one of the busiest independent event departments in San Francisco.
At the onset of the Pandemic, Casey sought out new opportunities and opened her own restaurant, Alley & Vine in Alameda, California. She created the Alley & Vine concept and brand from square one and successfully ran the restaurant until it’s sale in 2024.
Concurrently, Casey established Fox Hunt Events. Focusing on event administration for several restaurants in the Bay Area, Casey found that in the ever-changing world of hospitality, a niche market existed for event management, development, and administration. No longer did restaurants need to employee a large team to manage parties. Mobility led to greater efficiency and remote-enabled technology led to higher sales and better communication.
Casey’s attention to detail, efficiency, problem-solving, and desire to provide unmatched hospitality created a loyal following of regulars in both individuals and businesses alike. As the Founder and CEO of Fox Hunt Events, Casey looks forward to finding new and exciting partners in the hospitality industry who seek to improve their event programs.
